CANCELLATION POLICY Life happens we get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Your deposit can be rolled over one time to a new date. If less than 24 hours notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again. 50% of service will be charged. EX. You left a $35 deposit and your appt is $100 an additional $15 will be charged to pay for 50% of your service. Thanks for respecting our time together! NO SHOW POLICY No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. This time is reserved just for you, so please respect the booking by showing up or canceling in advance. LATE POLICY There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it’s $1 per minute late after that if I have time, If I don’t have time your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited and no show fee will be charged. Please plan accordingly to ensure you get the full experience you deserve! REFILL POLICY Please Note: To book a fill, your previous lash extension set must have been done by me. I do not work over or fill lash sets done by other artists (no foreign fills). You must have atleast 50% of lashes left for it to be considered a refill please book accordingly
